The latin expression that means “in the midst of things”.
This concept is expressed by us in three ways:
Thematically
In Medias Res was an expression of the Latin poet Oratio to refer to Homer's beginning of the Odyssey, which started in the midst of things. Social media shaped storytelling in this direction but, one of the oldest literary works started in the midst of things. The past can become the future. This concept is a central identitarian element and point of reflection for IMR. We often work on educational and historical documentaries as well as Sci-Fi short films describing different future realities. Is possible to subvert the chronological order of the story, because all is connected.

There are so many incredible organisations and ideas that should have a positive impact that we try to have a clear focus: in the midst of things, prioritizing what is urgent to create stories and support organisations that aim to make a change.
